Melissa has 20 years’ experience in human resources compliance, management and consulting. Melissa specialises in a diverse number of industries, including manufacturing, retail, mining, call centres, marketing and advertising. Melissa now uses her skills across many industries, including not-for-profits. Melissa has assisted many businesses by addressing their compliance issues, empowering them organise themselves to best suit their growth and help recruit and manage their people. Andrea Peters is a HR and organisational development (OD) professional with 16 years’ experience. Having held HR generalist and OD specialist positions in some of Australia’s leading companies, including Thiess and Network Rail, she has the proven track record your business needs. Working in HROnCall’s Brisbane’s office since 2013, Andrea works with some of Queensland’s best startups, small and medium businesses. Meet Susan Del Favero, Brisbane’s HROnCall

Susan has over 15 years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans the professional services, aged care and hospitality sectors. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, remuneration, performance management, recruitment, compliance, organisation restructures, HR workflow development, training and development and strategy. Susan’s interests lie in assisting small and medium-sized businesses with people management and implementing procedures that enhance efficiencies. Meet Dr Leigh Hodder, Workplace Investigations, HROnCall

Dr Leigh Hodder is a consulting psychologist with 20 years’ experience in organisational development and workplace relations. She has worked with many private and public organisations in workplace relations, risk management and innovation, greatly improving HR policy, organisation and workplace cohesion. Leigh is engaged to identify areas of risk to organisations in terms of vicarious liability, potential damage to reputation and potential damage to the effective management of the organisation. She tailors and implements behavioural interventions to minimise the level of risk and maximise employee engagement. Leigh holds additional qualifications and significant experience in Training and Assessing, Risk Management, Investigations, Metalliferous Mining and Mediation. Leigh has lectured in organisational development at the Queensland University of Technology, teaching business, engineering and psychology. Leigh facilitated skills-based programs in effective workplace communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, workplace coaching, mediation, change management, project management and negotiation helping businesses achieve their HR goals.
